Edge Types control the visual style of the connections between nodes in the graph. You can change the default type for all new edges and update all existing edges at once.

Available Types
There are four types of edges available, each suited for different visual styles and layout complexities.
| Type | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Bezier | The default edge type. A smooth, customizable curve that is great for organic layouts. | |
| Straight | A direct line between two nodes. The shortest and simplest connection type. | |
| Step | An edge with right-angled turns. Useful for creating clean, schematic-like diagrams. |
